Detroit Technoを代表するグループ「Underground Resistance (UR)」のメンバーをプロデューサーとして2003年にスタートしたレコード・ショップ/レーベル「Underground Gallery (UG)」。URの音源はもちろんのこと、様々な音楽的・文化的背景を持つURよろしく、セレクトされた新旧レコード作品、オリジナル・グッズから書籍を通じて、URの、そして私たちの音楽的ルーツを紹介できればと考えております。

　また2016年には『大人がドリンク片手に音楽談義を楽しむ場所』をモットーに、神戸・三宮エリアに、Music Barをオープンいたしました。名前は少し長くなって、Underground Gallery Music Bar、通称「UG Bar」です。音楽由来のオリジナル・カクテルから、こだわりのセレクトが売りの名酒銘柄、そして昭和ノスタルジアなフード・メニューで腹ごしらえもできるこの隠れ家には、夜な夜な音楽と文化を愛する方々が全国津々浦々からお越しいただいております。日曜にはホームメイド・ベーカリーやスィーツなどのカフェ・メニューが人気のMusic Cafeとしても、子供連れ、２世代使いも好評いただいております。赤いライトに照らされた、アンダーグラウンドへと昇る(?)２階への真っ赤な階段が目印。もちろんアナログ・レコードやグッズも店頭で販売しております。神戸にお越しの際は、ぜひ、覗いてみてください。お待ちしています。

The record shop/label "Underground Gallery (UG)," started in 2003 with members of the group representing Detroit Techno, "Underground Resistance (UR)," as producers. UR, known for its diverse musical and cultural background, aims to introduce a curated selection of both new and old record releases, original merchandise, and books, showcasing not only UR's but also our musical roots.

In 2016, under the motto "A place for adults to enjoy music with a drink in hand," we opened a Music Bar in the Kobe-Sannomiya area. The name, Underground Gallery Music Bar, is commonly referred to as "UG Bar." This hidden gem offers music-inspired original cocktails, carefully selected premium liquor brands, and a nostalgic food menu, providing a place for music and culture enthusiasts from all over the country to gather and enjoy. The establishment, illuminated by red lights, features a striking red staircase leading (?) upstairs to the underground. We also offer popular cafe menus like homemade bakery items and sweets on Sundays, appealing to families and multi-generational visitors. The red staircase is a distinctive landmark, and we also sell analog records and merchandise on-site. When you visit Kobe, please feel free to drop by. We look forward to welcoming you.

As the domestic distributor for UR, we have been offering free shipping for analog products within Japan (excluding Okinawa). However, due to recent increases in shipping costs and the weakening yen, starting from December 2023, we have discontinued the free shipping service. We appreciate your understanding.
