Underground Gallery Online Store : Oversea Mail Order Service Policy

For mail order customers, our online program is not available with Language matters.

These are what we need as your order form information when you send order e-mail.
1. Your real name
2. Shipping address, and Telephone or Fax number (which for confirmation of delivery)
3. Item information which you want to buy (Catalog # / Artist name / Title / Qty)
4. E-mail address of your Paypal account.

Right after we receive your order e-mail, we will send Paypal invoice via e-mail.

We will charge "Shipping Charge" and "Paypal Charge(5% of Total amount)".

Checking Paypal invoice that we send, you can make up your mind to go buying or cancel.
Our Paypal Account I.D. is "info@caion.jp".

We accept to hold your order in 1 week only, after we have sent Paypal invoice.
We will cancel your order if you don't proceed to pay, automatically past 1 week.
Therefore please let us know, via e-mail, if you have any reasons of delay to pay.

We proceed to ship your parcel after our confirmation of your payment have done.
*Shipping arrangement is available until 18:00 on every weekdays. (JPN time)
*Not available on Saturday, Sunday and Japanese National Holiday, sorry.

We use Japan Post "EMS" Service for shipping to world wide.

We Open 7 Days A Week Basically,but We Close on Japanese National Holiday(s) .

Open Hours: Mon - Fri [ 11:00 - 19:00 ] / Sat - Sun [ 13:00 - 19:00 ]

We accept Online Mail Order 24 hours automatically, however shipping arrangement will be done on open hours.
For Order Day Delivery Request, also, we accept only orders which has done by15:00 on business days.
